dated Richmond May 10" 1869 ([[?]]) Forwards for in-
structions letter of S. C. Armstrong Inspector to why
reports School buildings in his Sub Disg [[guess]] owned by
the Bureau voz [[guess]] One at Drurnsmonde foron [[?]], which
he recommends turned over to the Am Miss. [[?]]
One at Fort Magrudes and One at Yorktown which 
he recommends turned over to the G. G. Assn of
Philadelphia. All the above named buildings are
on land owned by private parties.

           Respectfully referred, Of the Association
    will purchase the lot upon which the building 
    stands, or one to which it can be moved, the 
    transfers can be made as suggested.
