The Commissioner is of opinion, (my own also) that in some States, [[strikethrough]] [[?]] [[/strikethrough]], many schools are in existence which may be reported as "within the knowledge of the Superintendent," if special effort is put forth to gain information concerning them.
If you know of any such, please report them at once, and oblige
