Requests authority to rent from Jno. W. Poindexter, at Louisa CH. Va, at a cost of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per month a house to be used as a Freedmens School; also ask authority to rent from J.E. Yoder of Lynchburg Va, a room to be use for a similar purpose at a cost of Five $5.00 dollars per month, both from Nov. 1st 1869
