Transcription Notes:
Certain names and numbers are nearly illegible. Can anyone determine the first name of the teacher Bassett or verify certain dollar amounts or the surname of the signer? Also, "Am. Baps't Home Miss Soe" is presumably an abbreviation for the American Baptist Home Mission Society, a group founded in 1832 to "to preach the Gospel, establish churches and give support and ministry to the unchurched and destitute."
