Dear Sir,
The Commissioner desires you to furnish this office at your earliest convenience with a list containing the name and post office address of each teacher reporting to you; and to notify us of additions from month, to month, or make corrections whenever there are changes. 
     
This list is needed that documents may be distributed to the teachers in the furtherance of the work of education.
