    the undersigned will sell at PUBLIC AUCTION at the quartermaster's Corral, at Rocketts, Richmond, Virginia, commencing at 10 o'clock A.M. on MONDAY, March 7th, 1970, as lot of CONDEMNED PROPERTY, comprising:
FURNITURE
   STOVES AND PIPE
      HARNESS, CHAINS
         SADDLES, TOOLS,
             and OTHER STORES.
         ALSO,
CLOTHING AND CAMP AND GARRISON EQUIPAGE.
TERMS:--Cash in United states currency, on the day of sale, and a deposit of ten per cent. on the amount bid will be required from each purchaser. Three days will be allowed to remove the property.

ONE FRAME BUILDING, 20 by 20, 1 story;
ONE FRAME BUILDING, 150 by 20, in parts, two stories.
TERMS:-- Cash in United States currency, on the day of sale, with deposit of ten per cent, from each purchaser, for each building when struck off.
Further conditions made known at time of sale.
