Dear folks,
Parents (Jack's mother did once also) always have the worst apprehension - "sleeping on the ground"! Actually, the cross section is more like this:

Thus, one can hardly be said to sleep "on the ground".

SPring is here at last, tho' we have not had lilacs open yet. We have begun taking pictures again, of the spring scenery. We got some nice shots of adders' tongue, Dutchman's Breeches, apple blossoms, trees coming out, enlargements of birds, plowed prairie, and two interesting (to us) night pictures of moon on magnolias through a pine tree - quite beautiful. We've also had the luck (?) to have two pictures, one in each of two rolls, which were badly processed, obtaining as a result two free rolls & two free processings. We intend to start developing
