I in company with my little Brother shot a pigeon on the barn I stood about (25) Twenty five paces from the barn when I fired the gun. There was only one shot fired about the barn. there was nothing to communicate fire to the barn from where I stood. about (3) three weeks previous my fathers Black smith shop was burned. It was fired between (10) ten and (12) twelve oclock at night. I am of the opinion that it was fired by an incendiary. Bureau R F & AL Office Asst Supt Sub Dis Landau [[?]] N.C.
