I James W Taylor on my part do agree to furnish said [[strikethrough] Jack Bellamy Jordon Hunter & John Taylor the lands on which I now reside and a sufficient number of plow Team and plows to cultivate said land, I also agree to sell said freed men above mentioned provisions and hold their growing crop or whatsoever Labor he may have done to Satisfy said claims for any and all sutch provisions I also agree to allow said Freed men above named the privilege of getting fire wood on said land When I may direct

We the said freedmen agree that our labor or growing crop shall be bound first to Satisfy the Said J W Taylor for all amount or claims for any and all provisions which he may furnish to us. The Crops generally to be Equally divided in the half between said Taylor and freedmen above named.
