4th said laborers agree to enter into no general conversation & entertain no visitors during workers hours. 
5th For every days labour or fractions of days lost by absence refusal or neglect to word said laborers agree to forfeit fifty cents & rations & do the same proportion for fractions of days, if absent voluntarily without leave or refusal to work two dollars and subject to dismisal [[dismissal]] and forfeit of half of his wages
6th The said laborers agree to attend to the stock & such duties as gearing & ungearing horses on Sundays when called on or forfeit one days rations
7th said laborers agree to keep their children within proper limits under decent behaviour and to pay for all damages done by them on the premises and further agree to keep their houses lots & persons in neat condition to allow of no indecent conduct or rowdy issuance and to be subject to the inspections of his employers at any time
8th The laborers agree in the absence of the employer to be directed in their labor by the foreman to obey orders & that he shall report all absentees neglects or refusal or refusal to work or disorderly conduct to look after & study his employers interest inform him of any thing that is going amis [[amiss]]
