Any person or persons who I object to visiting my plantation you are not to receive in your homes, you are not to take into your houses any one to live with you without my consent. Persons strolling about the country you are not to receive in your houses even for one night without special permit from me or my superintendent
14th You are to take it by turns two each Sunday to attend to feeding and watering stock. Foreman of hoes and ploughs to be exempt from this duty and they are to see that the duty is performed.
15th You will be required to commence the days work at light and to continue until dusk in the evening. The usual time allow at noon for eating,
16th If through your carelessness a tool of any discription is lost of broken you are to pay for it.

We the undersigned witness, certify that Jesse H Powell has agreed in our presents to pay to the several freedmen above named the amount of money opposite their names for one years labor.
