of by his employers and if Physician is needed said Freedman pays the bill. VI Employers agree to pay said Freedman nine 9 dollars per month.
If said Freedman leaves his employers before his time expires he shall forfeit all his wages due him up to time of leaving 
VII The employers will keep a book in which they shall enter all advances in money or any articles made by them to the laborer and call forfeiture of loss of time which book shall be received as evidence in the same manner as Merchants books are now received in Courts of Justice. 
Said Freedman shall be entitled to a pass-book in which the employers shall make an entry of all advances in money or any articles and all absences or delinquencies.
