The rules of this Company require that all messages received for transmission, shall be written on the message blanks of the Company, under and subject to the conditions printed thereon, which conditions have been agreed to by the sender of the following message.

Nettleton is here  Asks me to fulfil my Contract. Do not discriminate against him in receiving meat  He says he had part of the meat at first, in Mobile & as it was not received he disposed of it otherwise  He has not dared to bring over the rest of the purchase because of the doubt as to its reception  He made his purchase at first through Cincinnati house & is necessarily involved.  If you decline to receive the meat suffers loss.  Now I wish to close up the matter completely.  Receive all that is according to terms of the Contract.  In future purchases may be made
