Mr. R. A. Nelson Agent Bur R. F. and A. L. State of Ala. is hereby assigned to duty and announced as Sub. Asst. Commissioner for the Sub. Dist. of Demopolis, Ala. comprised of the counties of Choctaw, Hale, Green, Marengo and Sumpter: he will be obeyed and respected accordingly.

The Sub Dist of Tuscumbia, Ala is hereby broken up and the counties of Lauderdale, Colbert, Lawrence, Franklin, and Marion comprising the same and added to the Sub District of Huntsville, Ala.

Captain W. H. Heilman 15th Infantry Sub. Asst Commissioner at Tuscumbia Ala. is hereby relieved from duty in Bur. R.& A.L. State of Ala. and will transfer all Bureau

Stores and the Records of his Office to D.C. Rugg. Sub. Asst. Commissioner at Huntsville Ala. who will continue the same of Mr. Jno. W. Raines clerk who will act as Agent in charge of the office at that place until further orders.

Sub District of Jacksonville Ala so hereby broken up and counties of Baine, Cherokee, Calhoun and Cleburne conforming the same and added to the Sub District of Talladega, Ala.

Captain Robert Harrison 25" U.S. Infantry Sub. Asst. Commissioner at Jacksonville Ala is hereby relieved from duty in the Bur. R.F. and A.L. State of Ala. and will transfer all Bureau Stores and the Records of his office to Lieut Geo. P. Sherwood U.S.A. Sub. Asst. Commissioner at Talladega Ala. who will continue the same at Jacksonville Ala in charge temporarily of Mr Wm. McKibbin - Clerk who will act as Agent in charge of the office at that place until further orders.

Sub District of Newton Ala is hereby broken up and the counties of Coffee, Dale, and Henry, comprising the same are added to the Sub Dist. of Eufaula Ala.

Mr. J.F. McGogy Sub. Asst. Commissioner at Newton Ala. will discontinue the office at that place transferring all Bureau Stores and the Records of his Office to Lieut E.H. Weirman Sub. Asst. Commissioner at Eufaula Ala. Upon the completion of this transfer Mr. J.F. McGogy
