order of the U.S. Govt. provided such offices shall produce a amount duly issued for his arrest.
IX  Information having been recd at this office that there are confined in the jail in this District Colored persons agains whom no charges have been filed nor complaints formaly entered, Chaplain C.W. Buckley Asst Supt Freedmens Bureau will proceed at once to investigate the facts alledged and report the cases to this office.
X  The Comdg officer of the Military Prison in this City will turn over to the Sheriff of this county or to any of his deputies or to any Constable duly qualified the body of Asa Allan citizen confined by orders from this Bureau on the 12th August provided such offices shall produce a warrant duly issued for the arrest of the said Allan

XI  Assistant Surgeon R.H. Beaudry U.S.A. having reported agreeably to Special Orders No 25 '42 Headquarters, Dept. of Alabama is assigned to duty with this Bureau and will depart at once to C.W. Buckley Asst. Supt. Bureau Refugees, Freedmen & Abandoned Lands for the Dist of Montgomery for orders
XII  Quartermaster Department will furnish transportation to Mrs. W.F. Mitcher and two (2) children from Montgomery Alabama to New York City.

XIII Lt. Jas F. McGogy A.A.Q.M will proceed forthwith to Mobile upon business connected with this Bureau.
Upon completion of same he will at once return.  Quartermaster's Department will furnish such transportation for stores &c as Lt. McGogy may require.
XIV  Quartermaster Department will furnish transportation to colored boy Ananias from Pollard to Montgomery with horse, chest etc. belonging to this Bureau.

XV  Quartermasters Department will furnish transportation to forty five (45) Freedmen, women and children to Meridian Mississippi, the same having been furnished transportation to this City by order of Lt. Col. H.W. Snow Asst. Commissioner for the State of Georgia
XVI  Excepting as hereinafter named all the listed men now on duty connected with this Bureau for the District of Montgomery belonging to 8th Iowa, 14 Wisconsin Vol. Infantry and relieved from such duty and will at once report to the Commanding officers of their respective Regiments
