I.  Lieut Lynus O. Sturgeon "I" Co 14th Wis Vols will proceed to Mobile, Ala, on business connected with this Bureau.  He will return as soon as practicable.
Q.M. Dept will furnish transportation.

II  The Asst Supts of this Bureau will at once forward to this office the reports called for in Circular No 10 from Maj Gen Howard.  Particular attention will be taken to make their reports full and complete.
