Act Asst Surg Judson Gray U.S.A. having in compliance with orders from the Commissioner of the Bureau reported at this office is hereby assigned to duty as attending Surg to Freedman's Hospital Mobile Ala.
He will report to Act Asst Surg H.E. Williams U.S.A. in charge of Hospital.
Q.M. Dept will furnish transportation.

III  Surg Chas. J. Kipp, Surg in Chief R.F. & A.L. State of Alabama will proceed to Mobile, Ala, on business connected with this office.  He will return as soon as his business is completed.
