I Bvt. Lt. Col. Chas. J. Kipp Surgeon in Chief of the Bureau for this Dist., will proceed to Mobile Ala, on Bureau business. He will return as soon as practicable. 
II Lieut C.J. Whiting 45th Infantry U.S.A. is hereby detailed as Inspector, for the purpose of inspecting and reporting upon the condition of certain public animals, said to be [[?]], and for which Bvt Maj G.F. Browning, Chief QM Bureau R.F. & A.L. for this Dist is responsibly
III Bvt Maj GF Browning Chief QM of the Bureau, for this Dist., will purchase at the Post Commissary, 71 Lbs candles for the use of the Bureau stables at this place. 
IV S.S. Gardner, Sub Asst Comr for the Sub Dist., of Greenville, will proceed to Garland, Ala, for the purpose of inspecting the Colony at that point. He will ten report in person at these Hd Qrs on Bureau business, upon the completion of which he will return to his proper station.

I Bvt Maj CW Pierce V.R.C. Sub Asst Comr. for the Sub Dist of Demopolis Ala, will report in person at these Hd Qrs, on Bureau business upon completion of which he will return to his proper stations. He will then make a thorough inspection of his Sub Dist, visiting points therein as he may deem necessary for that purpose
II Captain W.H.H. Peck U.S.V. Sub Asst Comr will proceed to Tuscaloosa and take charge of and distribute the supplies sent to that point. He will be governed by the regulations already in force, and will visit in person the principal points of issue, only when his duty is completed will return to these Hd Qrs
