Browning, Chief Q M of the Bureau at these Hd. Qrs., will purchase, pursuant to instructions from the Comr. the following named means of transportation for the use of the BRF&AL in the state of Alabama, to wit Three (3) Horses, Three (3)Saddles. Three (3) Bridles. Proper vouchers for the same will be given, which will be paid upon presentation to Lt. Col. Edwin Beecher. Chief Disbursing Officer B.R.F&AL. for this District. V The journey made by J.F. McGogy, Sub asst Comr. Bureau RF&AL, at Talladega, Ala. through the Counties of Calhoun, Cherokee and Baine, having been made for the purpose of investigating certain cases referred to him, is hereby authorized. His actual traveling expenses therefor will be paid on presentation of the proper vouchers to Bvt. Lt. Col.
