I  CW Buckley Supt. of Education, will proceed to Talladega, Ala, business connected with his Department.  He will return soon as practicable. 
The QM Dept. will furnish the necessary transportation. 
II  Bvt. Lt. Col Edwin Beecher, Dis. Officer, will proceed to Talladega, Ala, on business connected with the Bureau.  He will return as soon as practicable. 
III  Captain James Gillette, 15th U.S. Infantry, Sub. Asst. Comr. at Mobile, Ala, will transfer from the Bureau Stores in his possession to the Matron of the "Sheltering Arms" at Mobile for use of the inmates.
360 Pounds Bacon.
40 Bushels of Corn.

In accordance with the provisions of Circular Letter from this Office to date of Sept. 16th 1867, the County Authorities of the Counties of Madison, Dallas and Mobile, having signified their acceptance of the proposition contained in said letter, the Bureau Hospitals in those Counties with their inmates, medical and hospital stores, will

at once be transferred to said authorities or duly accredited Agent appointed by them.  The Officers responsible for the property contained in said Hospitals, will make regular transfer of the same giving and receiving the proper invoices and receipts therefor.

I  In accordance with the provisions of Circular Letter from this Office of date Sept. 16th 1867, the County Authorities of Marengo County, having signified their acceptance of the proposition contained in said letter, the Bureau Hospital in that County, with its inmates, medical and hospital stores, will at once be transferred to said Authorities or duly accredited Agent appointed by them.  The Officers responsible for the property contained in said Hospitals, will make regular transfer of the same giving and receiving the proper invoices and receipts therefor.
II  Lieut. L.J. Whiting 45th US Infantry, Chief Q.M. Bureau R.F. and A.L. Ala, will issue to Mrs Mary Cleveland, Matron of 'Bishop Cobb's Orphan Assylum', the following articles for the use of its inmates:
Forty (40) Prs Brogans
Forty (40) Overcoats
Thirty (30) Prs Pants
Thirty (30) Fez Caps
Fifty (50) Blankets
