Bvt Maj C.W. Pierce V.R.C. Sub Asst Comr Bureau R.F and AL. Demopolis Ala. will proceed to Greene County, Ala. in pursuance of special instructions received from this office. On the completion of this duty he will rejoin his proper station.
II Lieut L. J. Whiting Chief QM Bureau R.F and AL. Ala. will issue to Mrs Mary E Walker, for distribution to the destitute of Macon County, the following articles:
Forty one (41) Kirch Jackets
Thirty (30) Prs Brogans
Sixteen (16) Dress Coats
Twenty Eight (28) Blankets.
III Wm E Connelly Sub Asst. Commissioner at Eufaula, Ala. will sell in convenient lots, and on the most advantageous terms obtainable, all corn now in his possession which by further retention will suffer damages. The funds received therefrom will be turned over to Bvt. Lt. Col Edwin Beecher Dis. Officer.
IV Lieut L. J. Whiting, Chief QM Bureau R. F and AL Ala. will purchase and transfer to S.S. Gasdsen, Sub Asst. Comr. at Greenville Ala. for the use of the Hospital at Garland, Ala. one (1) wheelbarrow and two (2) barrels of lime.

Bvt Maj Geo Shorkley Sub Asst Comr Bureau RF and AL Selma Ala will transfer to the Board of County Commissioners of Dallas County, sixty (60) days supply of Corn and bacon for the use of inmates of the Bueau Hospital  at Selma, which, on the 1st prox, is to be transferred to said Commissioners.

Twenty (20) Hats, Twenty (20) Dress Coats, Twenty (20) Jackets, (irregular), Twenty (20) Kirch Jackets, Twenty (20) Pairs Pants, Ten (10) Pairs Drawers, Twenty (20) Pairs Brogans, Ten (10) Pairs Stockings, twenty (20) Great Coats, twenty (20) Woolen Blankets, ten (10) Blanket Quilts.
