Bvt Maj. James Gillette, Captain 15th USI, A.C.S. Bureau R.F and AL, Mobile, Ala, will issue to the Director of the "Catholic Orphan Assylum" at Mobile, for the use of its inmates, all bacon now in his possession and two hundred and eight (208) bushels of Corn.  The same privilege of exchange is granted as in Special Orders No. 52, current series, from this Office.

Mr S.S. Gardner, SA Comr. B.R.F. and A.L. will proceed to Greenville, Ala on Bureau business, returning on its completion.
The QM Dept. will furnish the necessary transportation from Montgomery to Greenville and return.
2nd.  Special Orders 81, Ex 3, current series, from this Office, is hereby revoked and the custody of the property therein referred to remanded to the Sheriff of Russell County, Ala.

Special Orders No 84}

The journey made by R.T. Smith Sub Asst Comr. at Opelika, from Opelika to Fredonia, Ala, on the 23rd to the 27th of November 1867, having been directed by endorsed order from this Office of date November 20th 1867, is hereby authorized and the necessary traveling expenses incurred thereon will be paid on presentation of the proper vouchers to Bvt. Lt. Col. Edwin Beecher, Disbursing Officer.
2nd.  W.C. Arthur Chief QM Bureau R.F. and A.L. Ala, will issue twenty five (25) Blankets to Dr G. Albright, for distribution to the poor of this City.
3rd.  R.T. Smith, Sub Asst Bureau RF and AL, Opelika, Ala, will proceed to Perote, Bullock County, Ala, on special business.  On this return therefrom he will proceed to West Point, Ala, investigate and report upon the circumstances connected with the burning of a church belonging to the colored people there.
