Upon the completion of this duty Dr Gray will return to his proper station.

1.  W.C. Arthur, Chief Quartermaster B.R.F. and A.L. Ala will purchase in open market the following articles to be used in the Soup Kitchens to be established for the destitute of Alabama, viz:
12 Kettles, (30 Gallons, Motts Agricultural Boiler)
12 Skimmers - (Handles about 40 inches)
12 Irin Ladles (1/2 Gal.) handles about 40 in
24 Butcher Knives (12 inch)
6 Cleavers.
2.  W.C. Arthur. Chief Quartermaster and A.C.S. Bureau R.F. and A.L. State of Alabama will proceed to Mobile Ala on business connected with the Bureau, upon the completion of this duty he will return to his proper station.

I.  Mr J.B. Healy, Agent B.R.F. and A.L. at Girard Ala, will proceed to Montgomery Ala, on business connected with the Bureau, upon its completion he will return to his proper station.
The Quartermasters Department will furnish the necessary transportation.
