His property returns will account for this expenditure, and the proper vouchers therefor will be paid upon presentation to the Chief Disbursing Officer B.R.F. & A.L. State of Alabama.
2. W.C. Arthur Chief Quartermaster Bu R.F. and A.L. State of Ala. is hereby authorized to have for use of the Bureau such transportation as may be necessary.
Proper vouchers therefor will be paid upon presentation to the Disbursing Officer.
3. Leave of absence for twenty (20) days is hereby granted W. C. Arthur Chief Quartermaster Bu. R.F. & A.L. State of Alabama.

W.C. Arthur, Chief Quartermaster, Bu R.F. & A.L. State of Ala., will purchase for use in office of the Assistant Commissioner one (1) Worcester's Unabridged Dictionary, taking up and accounting for the same upon his returns for States pertaining to Bureau.
2. Lieut J. Bannister 43" U.S. Infantry having been assigned to duty as Sub. Asst Commissioner for the Sub. Dist of Opelika, will proceed to Opelika Ala and relieve Mr. R.J. Smith Sub. Asst

Comr. at that place, who will turn over to him all Bureau Stores, and the records of his office.
Mr. Smith upon being relieved will proceed to Weldonville Randolph County, Ala. and take station there as Agent reporting his arrival at that place through the office Sub. Assistant Commissioner at Opelika.
3. The journey performed on the 5th and 6th instant by Samuel S. Gardner. Sub. Assistant Commissioner from Greenville to Garland, Ala. and return from, upon Bureau business is hereby authorized, and the necessary expenses incurred will be paid upon presentation of the proper vouchers to the Disbursing Offices.

1st Lieut Geo P. Sherwood 42" U.S. Infantry having been assigned to duty as Sub. Assistant Commissioner for the Sub District of Talladega, will proceed to Talladega Ala. and relieve Mr. J.F. McGogy Sub. Asst. Commissioner at that place, who will turn over to him all Bureau stores, and the records of his office. 
Mr. McGogy upon being relieved will report in person to the Assistant Commissioner for assignment to duty.
