John H. Wager. Asst. Supt of Schools and Disbursing Officer Bureau R.F. & A.L. State of Alabama at Huntsville will proceed to Decatur Ala on business pertaining to the payment of bounties to Colored Soldiers, upon the completion of which he will return to his proper station

The necessary expenses incurred will be paid upon presentation of the proper vouchers to the Chief Disbursing Officer Bureau R.F. & A.L. State of Ala.
