    Cancellation of Transportation Orders.

   Washington, March 18, 1867.
Circular No. 9.

  All officers and agents of this Bureau having in their possession transportation orders, which, by request of the Commissioner or Assistant Commissioners, have been issued by the Quartermaster's Department, and which for any reason should be cancelled, will forward the same to these Headquarters for cancellation.
   Hereafter, all such orders will be forwarded for cancellation at the close of each month.
