27. Major Edward Wright, (Brevet 
Lieutenant-Colonel,) Paymaster, U.S. Army, is hereby assigned to duty in the Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands, and will report in person, without delay, to Brigadier-General Swayne, U.S. Volunteers, Assistant Commissioner of said Bureau at Montgomery, Alabama, accordingly.
