10. Captain L. J. Whiting, Veteran Reserve Corps, will appear before the General Court Martial, now in session at Annapolis, Maryland, of which Captain William K Haviland, Veteran Reserve Corps, is Judge Advocate, as a witness in the case of the United States vs. Charles J. Whiting, late Major, 2d U.S. Cavalry. As soon as his services can be dispensed with he will immediately return to his proper station.
