1 So far as the jurisdiction of this Bureau is concerned, the property of the heirs of R. Horton deceased, of which John Robinson is administrator lying in Madison County State of Alabama and described as follows:

On the west side of the Fayetteville road, bounded on the east by Capt Martin place, west by Frank Martin place, and south by Robinson place, consisting of one hundred and sixty (160) acres with the house, kitchen, shed, smokehouse and dilapidated stable thereon, and seized as abandoned and confiscable property; is hereby restored to the heirs and owners thereof.

This order gives no claim upon the government for damages, or rent which may have occurred.
