5. By direction of the Secretary of War, so much of Special Orders No. 419, Paragraph 12, from this Office, dated August 19th, 1867, as honorably musters out of service the following named officers, to take effect August 31st, 1867, is hereby amended to date November 1st. 1867, viz:-
