2. By direction of the Secretary of War, Captain William H. H. Peck, 19th Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, is hereby mustered out and honorably discharged the service of the United States, to date September 2d 1867, on account of his services being no longer required. He will receive no final payments, until he shall have satisfied the Pay Department that he is not indebted to the Government.
