SPECIAL ORDERS,
No 57 

Bvt. Lt. Col. Edwin Beecher, Supt. of Education of this Bureau for the State of Alabama, having forwarded requisitons for the regulation allowance of Forage, for one (1) private horse used by him witho discharge of his official duties, he will purchase in open market the supply so estimated for (the same being required for the months of August and September, 1869.) — take up and account for the same, and issue his certified vouchers therefor, which will be forwarded to the Chief Disbursing Officer of these Head Quarters for payment[[s?]]. Before delivering the vouchers so to be issued, he will cause properly certified copies his of this order to be annexed thereto
