at Eutaw and Greensboro. I would again respectfully suggest the necessaty of an order creating a Lien upon the crops, and to include the indebtedness of 1867 as many have not been paid for that year and have nothing but their present crops with which to pay.

It is reported to this office by the agent at Eutaw Green Co, that disturbances among the Whites and Colored have commenced their since the return of the Eutaw prisoners, instigated by them and [underline]Ryland Randolph[underline] of Tuscaloosa who is threating to kill all the Colored men to were witnesses against the Eutaw prisoners.
