No. 1. - Petition of H.W.B. Price of Eufaula, asking for military interference in behalf of himself and certain freedmen, to prevent the removal, by the sheriff, of the mules, waggons, & farming implements from said Price's farm in Barbour County - said freedmen having the use and control of said property for the purpose of making a crop during the present year,1867. - Petitions filed, July 25 - 1867. 

July 26 - Petitions forwarded to Hd. Qrs. Dist. of Ala. - Also, orders issued to the Shf. of Barbour County not to remove the property, until further orders.

Aug. 2 - Petitions recieved at this office from Hd. Qrs. 3d Military Dist. Atlanta, Ga., (where they have been referred from Hd. Qrs. Dist. of Ala.,) indorsing the orders from this office, and forbidding the Shf. [[strikethrough]] from [[/strikethrough]] removing the property during the term of contract with the freedmen (1867.)

No. 2 - H.W.B. Price petitions in behalf of certain freedmen on his farms in Henry County, Ala. to prevent the removal of the mules, farming implements, &c. from his farms in that County, by the Shef. - Petition made, Aug. 2 - 1867. 

Aug. 5 - Order issued to the sheriff of Henry County, not to remove the property from the farms during the year 1867.

No. 3. - Citizens of Glenville, Barbour County, petition this office for interference to prevent apprehended disturbance at a colored meeting to be held at Glenville on the 16th Aug.
