I have the honor to submit the following Report of the operations of the "Bureau, and Freedmen's Affairs" in this Sub. Dist. during the month ending Apl. 30/68

But few cases have been referred to this office from Hd. Qrs. during the month. Of those referred some have been disposed of according to instructions; while the others are still undergoing investigation._

Many, and various complaints have been submitted to this office during the month. All have been docketed. Majority of those complaints have been investigated, and decided, at this office; but it was thought proper to refer some to the Civil authority for action and report._
