2 Receiving and issuing twelve hundred and sixty four (1264) sacks of corn supplied by the New York Southern farmers' relief association. That portion assigned to Butler County has been issued directly from the Office of the Sub-Asst Commissioner. The portions assigned to the other counties of the district have been weighed, and delivered into the Charge of Agents appointed for each County. 

Invoices and receipts have been carefully employed to secure an exact record. 

3 Applications for County have been received corrected, or finally disposed of in five (5) cases, and one (1) new application forwarded. 

4 The Sub-Asst Commissioner has given all the cooperation in his power to the State Superintendent and the local teachers
