In compliance with instructions from Head Quarters Dist of Ala, I have the honor to submit the following General Report of Labor performed at this office during the month of November 1867.

Twenty (28) Eight complaints have been made of Laborers having been discharged without pay for the time they had labored - these cases have been settled or referred to the proper Civil Authorities.

Seven (7) cases of assaults on Freedmen by white persons reported - all of which have been referred to the proper Civil Authorities.

Thirty (30) complaints have been made where employers have moved their crops, without making settlements with their Laborers - or without the consent of said Laborers - all of said cases have been referred to the Justices of the Peace or other officer having jurisdiction with driections to take action under General Order No. 13 Head Qrs. Dist of Ala. current series - immediate action has been taken in all cases heard from.

Three (3) applications to revoke indentures of Apprenticeship have been made.  all
