4" Applications for revocation of Apprenticeship
Five (5)
of these applications have been made at this office by Freedmen. The same were referred to the several "Judges of Probate" with instructions to take immediate action as per G.O. No 3. Hd Qrs State of Ala series of 1867.
5 Applications for transportation 
Three (3) applications for
Government transportation have been made at this Office by Refugees and Freedmen. The same have been carefully investigated by me, and in cases where the parties have been for some time dependent upon, and are now being supported by, the Government, their applications have been forwarded to Bureau Head Quarters with recommendation.
