have been confined, on charges, which have not yet been proven true; a conference be had with Capt. Scott, either asking a speedy trial, or the release of the prisoners, where the crimes alleged are small and the prisoner has been confined for several weeks. 

In cases when no charges have been filed, and the prisoner has been confined for ten days, I would respectfully ask that they be released.
