Enclosed please find Bill against Bureau of RF & A.L. by Messers Abrams & Bro. for storage of Commissary stores, which was deposited in their warehouse by Capt Sterling, and taken away by myself, if this bill is to be paid and the enclosed form is not correct, will you please direct me as to the forms required?
