Chairman running all the Offices, no more House of Assembly or Election until they get Nfld on its legs & I guess that will take some time  nearly a quarter of the people are living on Dole & its not possible for our Lab'd people to make a living  price of fish is so small, so I guess we must keep going & hope for better times.

Hope your Family are keeping well  your son must be a big fellow now  I should think he would like another summers cruise on Labrador, but not with a companion like Jerrett.

Fred is keeping well  we hear from him often  he says you have had a hard winter at New York  he has had his married sister up with him for a month.
