Yet I have heard of certain makes of stern drives falling at very inopportune times under far less severe conditions which Dr. Waugh will meet.

Therefore, I am passing this information along to you so that you can give it a little study and thought. I know that you will keep it in mind and I hope that something a little special can be worked out for Dr. Waugh so that when he is sailing under the light of the midnight sun next summer, his Gifford-Wood stern drive will not give him any worries.
