had an awfully cold summer but its warmer now. We've had some hot days & we are warmed thru now We like it here very much & I feel more at home then I did on Larch St. where I'd lived so long Queerest lot of people we'd ever lived among there and its a relief to be away from them. We are going to mover over to another flat some day this week its 1702 7/20. Its in the same court but has a beautiful outlook, surrounded not only by the court garden but by big gardens on the other streets back of it where people have big grounds. Its like being in the country & when it was vacated I spoke for it right away, no more rent. I'm so glad your mother is keeping so well. I think Walter must have been a great care to her in the last few months of his life. But she used to have those attacks before then. For many years. Tell us all about the baby love to her & Doris
