but I don't know the least thing about how things are going with them from any letter Maude writes. She writes everything under a rose colored light. Its very pleasing but not informative. She always speaks of how very happy they are and everything lovely. I dont see how they can be so very happy as anyone else that is old & feeble & suffering from various infirmities unless they are very religious. I agree with you that they ought to realize that those tenants might be much worse & that none at all would be worse but yet I can see that they would mind these annoyances much more than you and Sidney would because you were away all day & your interest was outside of your home and they do not have very much to do except think and they do not feel very well I guess & that always makes things seem worse.
