of what I had gone thru too, offered me a place with her where the amphitheater was filled with the air conditioning machinery. I am still with the Reptile division as she on her death bed made Jim Peters promise not to oust me. That is the way I've been used. But now all those that used to be so hateful to me are dead and gone and Brukam, for one, as well as a lot of other men, never turned out a quarter as much scientific publication as I have done and am still doing. [[strikethrough]]I have[[/strikethrough]] For many years I was pretty bitter over it, but now I am treated on the present ground with much esteem and have won my place. I am well known in the entomological world. They all "doctor" me, all over the museum and elsewhere. But I haven't forgotten at all the nature of mankind towards women. But if I hadn't had Dad to support me I could never have gone ahead so. He was the only man I have ever had much use for.

But remember, even in these days, you've got to contend with man in the working world and nothing [[strikethrough]]]is far[[/strikethrough]] there is equal, no matter how much you know and how well have been trained. I am saving every penny I can for you to help you in the years to come, so you can be independent too. Be careful of this money and always keep it for your [[strikethrough]]self self[[/strikethrough]] future needs. I hope that you get into work that you thoroly like and can forget all about sex. It is nothing but a disturbance to one's [[strikethrough]]happiness[[/strikethrough]] well being, and you take it awfully hard, so look out for any involvement.
