Dear Doris:

I have at last gotten the release of the deed of trust on the place at 3416 Glebe Rd., after nearly a year. Now the title is cleared, and I have to pay $514.12 for getting it. But you won't have any trouble now if you want to sell it after I die.

I haven't paid the 514.12 yet because I must go to the bank and find out if you have withdrawn any more. It upsets me greatly to have you do it without my knowing it because I have big bills and if I draw up a check, [[strikethrough]] I'm [[/strikethrough]] and the money isn't there, I am fined. Please, please, don't do it again. I have all these other bills [[strikethrough]] now [[/strikethrough]] coming from now to Nov 15, about $3000 to pay out, and I've got to [[strikethrough]] go [[/strikethrough]] draw checks for them. If you don't have the money to live write to me rather than draw out unbeknownst, or [[strikethrough]] go on [[/strikethrough]] get your husband to go on relief [[strikethrough]] as [[/strikethrough]] you said he had no difficulty there in getting it

Just now I [[strikethrough]] can [[/strikethrough]] am not feeling too well and must take things as easy as I can for a bit till we get cooler weather

I hope you are [[strikethrough]] existing and [[/strikethrough]] not working too hard
[[strikethrough]] with love Mother [[/strikethrough]]
