April 11th 1866

Received this day of Col C A Cilley Supt of Freedmen two barrels of flour and one hundred and fifty pound of pork which I promise to pay Government price for to Col C A Cilley or order on or before the first of November 1866 and I hereby acknowledge a lein on any crops I may raise in favor of the said Col Cilley & to secure to him order the value of the rations as aforesaid
