Received of Col. C.A. Cilley Supt B R & AL One Hundred pounds of bacon, which I promise to return at the end of the year. If the meat is not returned I promise to pay the value thereof according to government prices - and I hereby acknowledge a lien on any crops I may raise in favor of the said Col C.A. Cilley or order and for the purpose of securing the value of the meat as aforesaid-
