April 9th 1866
Received this day of Col C A Cilley Supt Freemen one barrel of [[erased]] pork [[/erased]] flour and one hundred pound of pork which I promise to pay Government price for to C A Cilley or order on or before the first of November 1866 & I hereby acknowledge a lien on any crops that I may raise in favor of the said Col Cilley & to secure him or order the value of the rations as aforesaid
