Received this day of Col C A Cilley Supt Freedman one barrel pork and one barrel of flour which I promise to pay the Government price for to Col Cilley or order on or before the 1st of September 1866 & I hereby acknowledge a lein [[lien]] on any crops I may raise in favor of the said Col Cilley & to secure to him or order the value of the rations as aforesaid
